1. Acceptance of Terms & Legal Identity

By using the Rapid mobile application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. The platform is operated by EURL RAPID E-Services, a registered corporate entity in the Algerian Commercial Register, in compliance with Algerian Law No. 18-05 relative to electronic commerce.

2. User Accounts & Driver Obligations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Partner drivers must submit valid documents, including a professional driver's license, capacity card, clean criminal record check, and valid commercial insurance for passenger transportation in compliance with Algerian transport regulations.

3. Prohibited Activities & Conduct

You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Abusive, harmful, or unsafe behavior on the platform is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account access without prior notice.

4. Fares and Cash Payments

Ride fares are estimated and displayed in Algerian Dinars (DZD) prior to booking. Fares must be settled directly in cash to the driver upon ride completion, in accordance with applicable financial regulations in Algeria.
